Dallas 'Woodrow Wilson Dodgen, 92 of Dallas, passed away December 18, 2011 at Gaston Memorial Hospital.
He was a native of Greenwood County, SC born March 31, 1919 to the late James Amos and Mertie Pace Dodgen.

Woodie was a member of First United Methodist Church of Dallas, a member for over 63 years at the Yemassee Redman Lodge #134 Dallas, where he was a Great Sachem, Collector and keeper of Wampom.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife of over 51 years Sara Robinson Dodgen; Seven brothers and One Sister
.
He was survived by his a daughter and son-in-law Susan D. Evans and husband Craig of Dallas;
Three Grandsons Kevin Evans and wife Beth, Barry and Brent Evans;
One Great Grandson Joshua Blake 'Jake' Evans;
and a brother Terry Lewis Dodgen and wife Ann of Arlington Heights, IL.; Special Friend and care giver Christine Sole

The family will receive friends 1:30 until 3:00pm Wednesday, December 21 prior to the service at First United Methodist Church of Dallas with Reverend Caroll Flack officiating with Military Honors by the Last Man's Club
Interment will follow at Gaston Memorial Park
