Bessemer City- William Joseph Revels, 41, passed away peacefully September 6, 2014 surrounded by his loving family at his residence.
He was born in Gaston County on August 9, 1973 to Patricia Revels Baldwin and Dennis Holt.
Survivors include his mother, Patricia Revels Baldwin and companion Avery Robbins; brother David Baldwin and Fiancé Marci Johnston; niece Vespera Baldwin; sister Paige Lawrence , Brother, Scott Holt; Aunt Barbara Miller; uncle James Revels, Jr; cousins Valarie Thomas, Richard Miller, Deanne Revels and James E Revels; close friend Jeff Cantrell.
He had worked at Freightliner. William was a loving son and friend to all.
The family will receive friends from 6 until 7 p.m., Tuesday, September 9th at Withers and Whisenant Funeral Home with a 7:00pm Memorial service to follow in the Chapel with Reverend Dorothy Lowery officiating.
