Bessemer City – William "Rusty" McDaniel, 59 passed away November 7, 2014 at
Robin Johnson House.
He was born in Gaston County on May 5, 1955 to the Pauline Snider McDaniel Watts and the late Russell "Bud" McDaniel.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Survivors include his wife of 38 years, Ellene McDaniel; son, Will McDaniel; daughter, Davina Norman and husband Brent; grandson, David Gore; mother, Pauline Snider McDaniel Watts; sister, Phyllis Smith and husband Marvin; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Celebration of life service will be Monday, Nov. 10th at 1 pm at Woodlawn Baptist Church, 1101 N. Main Street, Lowell, NC 28098 with Dr. Randy Sawyer, Reverend Josh McCall and Reverend Bob Adams officiating. Visitation will be from 12:00 – 1pm prior to the service. Interment will follow the service at Westview Gardens, Bessemer City, NC
