He was the son of the late Ernest and Minnice Dockery Millwood
He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers and sisters, Ernest Millwood, Jr., Grady Millwood, Evelyn Griffin and Audrey Rimmer
Mr. Millwood was a US Army veteran and in the textile trad
Survivors include his sons, Walter Eli Millwood, Jr and Jeromie James Millwood; grandchildren: Morgan Lovin, Cody Millwood, Jeromie Millwood, Jr., Cameron Millwood
Brother, Verlin Dockery and sister, Barbara Grant
The family will gather at Lineberger Park for a Celebration of his life will be 2:00 pm, Sunday, April 18, 2010 with Rev. Rick Millwood
