Gastonia-Vivian Ezell Long Pannell, 87 of 1621 Cecilia Drive, Gastonia passed away peacefully February 24, 2012 at Gaston Memorial Hospital.
She was a native of Montgomery County, AL., born May 11, 1924 to the late Grady and Florence Morgan Ezell.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husbands, Fred T. Long and Wylie Pannell.
Mrs. Pannell wss a member of Ranlo Baptist Church.
Survivors include her niece Teresa Tolbert and husband Tot of Gastonia; great nieces Summer Turpin and husband Eric, Kristin Livingston and husband Eric; great great nephews, Tyler Turpin and Jackson Livingston;
Step children Barbara Michaels and Rodney Pannell; step grandchildren Tracy Moore, Christy Rape, Robin Syboutlan and Rodney Pannell, Jr. ;
Four step great grandchildren
The family will receive 1:00 until 2:00pm, Monday, February 27, 2012 at Withers & Whisenant Funeral Home
