Gastonia Vieva Pace Raby, 83 of 1915 Graham Street, Gastonia passed away July 19, 2013 at CaroMont Regional Medical center.
She was a native of Chattanooga, TN born June 27, 1930 to the late
James Lee and Maggie Inez Snow Pace
She was preceded in death by her parents, and a brother Gene Snow
Vieva enjoyed sitting and watching the birds.
Survivors include her sons Curtis Raby and wife Lois of Shelby,
Maurice "Chris" Raby, Clifford Raby and girlfriend Kathy Metcalf all of Gastonia; one grandson Kurtis Raby
The family will receive friends from 2:00 until 3:00pm Tuesday prior to the 3:00 pm Chapel service at Withers & Whisenant Funeral Home with Pastor Dale Lawing officiating
Interment will be at Gaston Memorial Park, Hillcrest 2 section with the Releasing of the Doves
