He was born February 16, 1944 in Franklin, NC to the late William C. and Lucy Hodgin Watts.
The family will receive friends 12:00 until 1:00 Friday at Withers & Whisenant Funeral Home
Graveside service will be 1:30 pm Friday, at greenwood Cemetery in Belmont with Eddie Ward officiating
Interment will follow at Greenwood Cemetery in Belmont
