Tracy Annette Watts, 54, passed away at her residence on December 2, 2023.
She was born in Gaston County on April 2, 1969 to the late Brice Ervin Ramsey, Sr. and Joan Bundy Ramsey Benoy.
Tracy worked as a server and gained many lifelong friends from her work. She was a loving and caring person who enjoyed art, music, cooking, and above all else, she loved her family. Her first passion was her family; her children and grandchildren meant everything to her. Tracy was a grandmother to many more children than her own. She leaves many happy memories to be cherished by all who knew and loved her.
She is survived by her sons, Jake Edward Watts (Lindsey), Jerrod Thomas Ramsey Watts, and Jonathan Brice Watts, Sr.; step-daughter, Jennifer Watts Long; siblings, Selena Ramsey Barkley, Dorothy Ramsey Willis (Jack), and Brice Ervin Ramsey, Jr. (Janet); and her grandchildren, Dillon Lee Joseph Caudle, August Nicholas Joel Buchanan, Anita Tesla Rose Long, Jonathan Brice Watts, Jr., Elzorah Lillith Rose Watts, and Colson Rhys Mihalov Watts; and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. on Friday, December 8, 2023 at Withers and Whisenant Funeral Home. A Memorial Service will follow at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel with Pastor Dale Lawing officiating.
