He was born on January 2, 1951 in Beckley West Virginia Robena Clark and Frank Garrison
He is preceded in death by his parents, his brothers and sisters, Buddy, Peggy, Dorcas, Norris, Kathleen and Robert.
He served in the U.S Marine Corps and worked in construction.
Survivors include his children, Valarie McParland and husband Joseph, Thomas E. "Tom" Garrison, Jr and wife Monica, Tammy Combs and husband Matthew, Bernard Garrison; Sixteen grandchildren. Services will be at a later date
