Terry Dean Hall

Terry Dean Hall, 64, passed away peacefully on November 19, 2024 at his residence with his loving family by his side. 

He was born in Gaston County on January 16, 1960 to the late Howard Dean Hall and Geraldine Correll Hall. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his uncle John Hall Sr., and his cousin Bryant Hall.

Terry enjoyed serving his community as a EMT and a fire fighter. He enjoyed taking the kids on a boat ride and camping. He loved to entertain and be with friends and family. Terry never met a stranger. 

He is survived by his beloved wife of 21 years, Melanie “Dawn” Hall; children, Anthony Martin, Matthew Martin (Candy Morton), Nathan Martin, Skyler Hall, Shawn Hall, Dexter Dean Hall, Terri Hall and Karen Grigg (Jimmy); and his grandchildren, Destiny Williams, Molly Martin, Leia Martin and Elijah “Eli” Yelton.

Services will be private. In lieu of flowers and memorials may be made to Carolina Caring, 3975 Robinson Road, Newton, NC 28658 and “Make A Wish” foundation.
