Clover, SC- Mr. Ted Wayne Emory, 72, of Clover, SC, formerly of Maiden died October 10, 2009 at Hospice and Community Care of Rock Hill, SC.
He was a native of Lexington, NC born June 20, 1937 to the late James Clyde and Juanita Hull Emory
He was preceded in death by his parents. Ted was a U.S. Army veteran, he was a member of United Methodist Church of Concord. Ted worked as a Supervisor with Southeastern Metal Products for over 31 years.
Survivors include her wife of 12 years, Wendy Green Emory;
Daughters: Renee Russell and husband Greg of Dallas,
Chandra Zinola and husband Peter of Charlotte;
Son: Michael Richard Emory and wife Lisa of Gastonia:
Grandchildren: Shane, Mark and Jodi Emory, Josh Alexander,
Cameron and Keely Russell
Sister: Shirley Carras of Charlotte
A Funeral service will be 2:00 pm-Wednesday, October 14, 2009 at Withers & Whisenant Funeral Home Chapel, Gastonia with Rev. Lee Dye, Hospice & Community Care, Rock Hill, SC officiating
Family will receive friends 6-8 Tuesday, October 13, 2009 at the funeral home
Interment will be at Forest Lawn Cemetery, Lincolnton
Family will be at the home of Renee and Greg Russell, 307 Ike Lynch Road, Dallas
