She was a native of Alleghany County, NC, born November 1, 1970 to the late Billy Joe Walker and Reba Hawkins Walker
Tammy spent most of her working years in the healthcare industry as a CNA.
She is preceded in death by her parents.
Survivors include a son, Kyle Walker of VA, daughter Olivia Griffin of New York state, brothers Richard Walker of North Wilkesboro NC, Tommy Walker of Wilkesboro NC, sisters Shirley W. Beshears of Purlear NC, Joeann Pollard of Jefferson NC, Vicki Brown of Moravian Falls, NC.
