Bessemer City-Suzie Baker Ward, 60 of Bessemer City passed away March 26, 2013 at Gaston Memorial Hospital.
She was a native of Gaston County, born December 31, 1952 to the late James C. and Marvelee Todd Baker.
She was a member of Parkwood Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband Brett Ward; Brothers, Ronnie Baker and wife Kay of Stanley, Larry Baker and wife Elizabeth of Dallas, Tim Baker and wife Brenda of Gastonia; and several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews;
Memorial service will be 5:00pm Thursday, March28 at Dallas Baptist Church with Rev. Bill Abrams, Rev. Barron Lee and Mr. James "Tim" Baker officiating
The family will receive friends 1 hr prior to the service
Memorials may be made to the Charlotte Humane Society, 2700 Toomey Avenue, Charlotte, NC 28203 or Dallas Baptist Church, 402 W. Trade Street, Dallas, NC 28034
