1935-2018
Gastonia- Shirley Ann Price Moss, 82 went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on February 9, 2018.
She formerly lived at the A.R.P. Manor, where she enjoyed helping the residence.
She was born in Cabarrus County on February 17, 1935 to the late Boyd Fletcher Price and Lorene Pennell Price. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Wallace Cleveland "Pat" Moss who died in 1988.
Shirley was a member of Christian Fellowship Assembly. She loved her church and church family. She was very much a prayer warrior. She enjoyed serving the Lord and was MOST PROUD of her family!! She was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend who will be greatly missed! She was a very caring person; she just loved helping people.
Left to cherish her memories includes her children, Judy (Jim) Cook, Terry (Elaine) Moss, Sandra (Jack) Smith, Lisa (Mark) Bradley, Trina (Don) King, and Mike (Christy) Moss; Fourteen grandchildren, Twenty one great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren; sister Linda (Bruce) Clanton
The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 13th at Withers & Whisenant Funeral Home
Celebration of Life Service at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, February 14th at Christian Fellowship Assembly, 2352 Dallas Cherryville Hwy., Dallas with Reverend Paul Brintley officiating
Interment will be at Forest Lawn West Cemetery, 4601 Freedom Drive, Charlotte
