Gastonia-Sharon Lee Jones, 65 of 1000 Safeway Drive, Gastonia passed away peacefully April 23, 2012 at her residence.
She was a native of Syracuse, New York, born April 17, 1947 to Alice Leona Malary Sweet and the late Charles Henry Sweet.
She was preceded in death by her father, Charles Henry Sweet; her husband of over 25 years, Jerry Jones and a brother Charles Sweet, Jr.
Survivors include her mother Alice Leona Sweet of Kings Mt.;
her children, Lori Jones and husband Robert of Gastonia,
Michael Wilson and wife Julie Warszawski of Pittsburg, PA
Brothers, John Sweet and wife Barb, Donald Sweet and wife Nancy, James Sweet; Sisters Debbie Lawson and husband Brian, Brenda Fuller and husband Norris
Nieces and nephews, Eric and Jennifer Sweet, Leslie Sweet, Joseph Sweet, Alicia and Matthew Lawson, Lucas and Stephanie Fuller, Heather Sweet
The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:00pm Saturday, April 28 at Withers & Whisenant Funeral Home
