Gastonia- Sandra Elaine Olerud Moore, 55 passed away peacefully from lung cancer on September 9, 2018 at her residence.She was born in Wisconsin on March 13, 1963 to the late Pearl Smith Olerud and Donald Olerud.
Sandy had worked in textiles most of her life.
She was a loving mother, daughter, sister and friend who will be greatly missed!
Left to cherish her memories includes her children, Nonnie, Chris, Stacey and Tammy Olerud; grandchildren, Sarah Olerud, De'Nay'Ja Crawford, Christopher, Caedon, Ethan and Enslee Olerud; sisters Jane (Dan) Seaborn, Donna (Bruce) Johnson, Pam (Bo) Horne, Laurie (Eddie) Chance; brothers, Don (Kim) Olerud, Jr., Michael (Pamela) Olerud, Eric (Melissa) Olerud and her special friend, Richard Archer.
The family will receive friends from 3:30 until 4:30 p.m. Wednesday prior to the Celebration of Life Service at 4:30 p.m., Wednesday, September 12 th at Withers & Whisenant Funeral Home with Reverend Dan Seaborn officiating.
