Survivors include her husband, Richard L. Arthurs, Sons, Richard M. Arthurs and Gary L. Arthurs; Grandchildren, Kristina Arthurs, Gary W. Arthurs, Preston Arthurs, Katelyn Arthurs and Lauren Arthurs; Brother, Wayne Bay and Sister, Anna Snow;
