Ronnie L. Underdown

York, SC- Ronnie Lee Underdown, 57, of 400 Brookhollow Drive, York, SC died December 31, 2009 at Carolinas Medical Center, Charlotte. He was a native of Gaston County, born November 25, 1952 to the late Clarence Alvin and Lucille Alma Young Underdown. Ronnie was a retired machinist.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a son, Ronnie Lee Underdown, Jr. and a sister, Rachel Underdown

Survivors include his wife, Tammy Underdown
a daughter, Renee Underdown, and family friend Heather Rudisill
brothers: Charles, Alvin, Clarence Jr., and Darrell Underdown
sisters: Patsy Holler, Sylvia Sain, Glenda Gregory,
Vickie Bradshaw and Rita Underdown

Funeral Service will be 2:00 PM, Tuesday, January 5, 2010 at Withers & Whisenant Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Reavis Fox officiating.

Family will receive friends 1 hr prior to the service, and other times at the home of Renee Underdown, 141 Riverton Place, Gastonia.

Interment will follow at Hollywood Cemetery
