Roger Dale Dalton, 68, of Moncks Corner, SC, passed away Friday, April 26, 2013.
Roger was born August 31, 1944 in Charleston, SC, grew up in Belmont, NC, son of the late Charles Dalton and Willie Belle Anderson Dalton. He was a veteran of the US Navy, a Mechanical Engineer with Hill-Rom and After Battery Subvets Organization.
He is survived by his sister, Vickie Dalton Rhyne (Tom) of Knoxville, TN; brothers, Jack Dalton (Kay) of Abilene, TX; and Charles Timothy Dalton of Belmont, NC;
special nieces, nephews in TX and TN; dear friends, Buck Owens and Jerry Koehler both of Moncks Corner, SC.
Special niece, Donna Rhyne (Paul) of Lenoir City, TN;
The family will receive friends from 12:30 until 1:30pm, Friday at Withers & Whisenant Funeral Home
Graveside service will be 2:00pm, Friday, May 3rd at Gaston Memorial Park, Garden of Hope Section with Rev. Dale Lawing officiating, with Military Honors by the Gaston County Honor Guard.
