Robert Blake Johnson

Robert “Blake” Johnson, 34 of Gastonia, N.C. passed away peacefully at his home in Indiana on Sunday, August 4, 2024. Blake is survived by his son Logan, his father Rob Johnson and his mother Cathy Johnson. He also leaves behind his brothers Nathan and Braydon Johnson; his Pawpaw Joe Sheppard; aunts and uncles, Amy and Pete Hodge, Kristy and Chuck Chavers. Cousins, Wesley, Jon, Raylin and Caroline, his nephew Gabe. He is preceded in death by his Mawmaw Brenda Sheppard.

Blake graduated from Hunter Huss High School in 2009. He was certified in the Car Automotive Business and was a car inspection specialist. He loved his family and to ride skateboards.

Blake will be truly missed by all of his family and friends. We know Blake is in a better place, and will always be in our hearts.

A Celebration of life service will be held at 6:00 p.m., Thursday, August 22, 2024 at the Salvation Army Church, 1506 Union Road, Gastonia, NC 28054. The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 6:00 p.m. prior to the service.
