Dallas-Ms. Patsy McGinnis Parker, 87 of Dallas went home to be with the Lord November 25, 2011 with her granddaughter by her side at Carolinas Medical Center.
She was a native of Gaston County, born October 4, 1924 to the late
Pat was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 49 years, Fred Wilson 'Dub' Parker, Jr.,
Survivors include her children Steve Smart and wife Camille B.; and Barbara S Potter all of Dallas;
Her beloved granddaughters Chasity S Watson and husband Rob of Lake Wylie, SC; and Brandy Smart of Dallas;
Great granddaughters Shelby Ann Watson and Rankin Crews Watson
Graveside services will be 2:00 pm Tuesday, November 29, 2011 at Gaston Memorial Park, Garden of Four Seasons section
The family will receive friends 12:30 until 1:30 at Withers & Whisenant Funeral Home
