Gastonia – Nicholas Edwin "Nick" Catterton, 57 passed away on October 26, 2017 at CaroMont Regional Medical Center.
He was born in Los Angeles on July 21, 1960 to the late Frank and Jacqueline Withee Catterton. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Heather Catterton and a sister Sherry Fichbach.
Nick had the biggest heart ever! He loved his daughters more than anything. He was a tradesman by hand, he could do any kind of handy work; he worked as a plumber most of his life.
Left to cherish his memories includes wife, Stella Funderburk Holland; his daughter, Wendy Nicole Catterton; step-son Barry Holland; brother, Danny Catterton and a sister Terri Robinson; Seven grandchildren
A Memorial service will be at 2:00 p.m., Friday, November 3 at Zion Baptist Church, 2437 Propst Street, Gastonia, NC 28056 with Pastor Leo Kuykendall officiating
