Mildred Williams Breedlove

Ranlo- Mildred Williams Breedlove, 87 passed away peacefully March 1, 2014 surrounded by her loving family at CaroMont Regional Medical Center..

Mildred was a native of Gaston County, born November 21, 1926 to the late Noah and Nancy Woodruff Williams.
She was a member of Flint Grove Baptist Church, Gastonia; she had received the Recreation Committee Award from The Town of Ranlo. Mildred enjoyed traveling, fishing and gardening. She and her husband Cecil enjoyed makingtrips to Florida to watch the space ships go off.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 57 years, Cecil Breedlove, her grandson Craig Breedlove, her brothers and sisters Floyd Williams, Edna Smith, Mattie Clark, Margaret Griffin, Eva Lynn, Catherine Breedlove, Joe Williams and J.R. Williams.

She is survived by her loving family, a son Warren Dale Breedlove of Gastonia, a daughter Cecelia B and husband Stephen Kaylor of Gastonia, a brother Alex Williams and wife JoAnn of Gastonia, and a sister Sarah W. Grigg of Gastonia; grandchildren Michael Breedlove, Shane Kaylor and Tonda Nolen; great grandchildren Zoe and Jackson Breedlove, Savannah and Delaney Kaylor, and Chris Barrett; and a great great granddaughter Stella Barrett

The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00pm Tuesday, March 4, 2014 at Withers & Whisenant Funeral Home
Celebration of Life service will be at 3:00pm, Wednesday, March 5 at Withers & Whisenant Funeral Home with Pastor Laura Auten officiating.

Interment will follow at Gaston Memorial Park with the Releasing of the Doves

In lieu of flowers Memorials may be made to Maylo United Methodist Church, 1900 Spencer Mountain Road, Gastonia, NC 28054
