Melanie L. Cloninger

Gastonia-Malanie Leigh Cloninger, 47 of Gastonia went home to be with the Lord peacefully on April 20, 2011 at Robin Johnson House.
She was a native of Gaston County, born September 14, 1963 to the Rebecca Harwell Cloninger and the late Raymond L Cloninger.

Melanie was a graduate of North Gaston High School and Gaston College School of Nursing. She was a registered Nurse with Gaston Memorial Hospital for over 15 years in the Psychiatric unit.

Survivors include her mother Rebecca H Cloninger of Dallas;
Melanie's companion of 25 years, Phillip Wilson of Gastonia;
One brother, Scott Cloninger and his wife Betty of Dallas
Two sisters, Roxanna C. Britton of Dallas
Amy C. Holland and her husband Ron of Dallas
Many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles
The family will receive 1 hr prior to the service
And other times at her mother's Rebecca Cloninger, Dallas
Celebration of Life service will be 11:00 am Friday, April 22, 2011
at Holy Communion Lutheran Church with Dr. Reverend Edward J. Crotty officiating
