Lowell-Maxine Husky Robinson Leonard, 79, passed away December 26, 2011 at the Brian Center, Gastonia.
Maxine was a native of Gaston County, born November 27, 1932 to the late Hobart Henry and Alice Jenkins Husky. She was a member of Gospel Light Holiness Church Gastonia.
She was preceded in death by her Husband, Albert Lee Leonard, Sr., Son Albert Lee Leonard, Jr., Daughter Sandra Faye Leonard Ghorley, Sister Imogene Phillips, Brothers, Florie and Orus Husky.
Survivors include Son Tommy Robinson and Wife Imogene, Daughters Janice Byrd and Husband Bobby, Lisa Coblentz and Husband David, Charity Black, Rachel Hubbard, Sylvia Hargett and Husband David, brother Hershel Husky and sister, Caloesa Chastaine.
17 Grandchildren, 22 Great- Grandchildren, 1 Great-Great-Grandchild.
The family will receive friends Wednesday night 6:00-8:00 at Gospel Light Holiness Church. A Celebration of Life Service will be held 2:00 pm Thursday at Gospel Light Holiness Church with the Revs. Jerry Willard and Charles Curtis officiating.
Interment will will be at Edgewood Cemetery in Lowell.
Pallbearers are T.J. Knight, Scott Knight, Zachary Robinson, Seth Robinson, Craig Nobllet, Matt Beaver, Jacob Byrd.
