Gastonia – Christopher Matthew "Matt" Bisanar, 38 passed away suddenly on December 22, 2017. He was born in Gaston County on October 21, 1979 to Martin Bisanar and Jeanne Braswell Smith.
He was a member of Fraley Memorial Baptist Church. Matt enjoyed golf, movies, and Star Wars. He also enjoyed playing and spending time with his girls; and sending flowers to his wife regularly. Matt worked with Main Freight International.
Left to cherish his memories includes his loving wife Shelly Grayson Bisanar; his girls, Kaity Grayson and Taylor Henderson; his parents, Marty and Janis Bisanar, Jeanne and Donnie Smith; sister Rebecca Anne Bisanar, stepbrother, John Lott and stepsister, LeeAnn Dodd; father and mother-in-law, Randy and Debbie Grayson; grandparents, John and Helen Braswell, Richard and Grace Bisanar, Virginia Grayson; nieces and nephews Lane, Aaron, Nick and Willow Bisanar, Madison and Zane Dodd; and his very special friends….
The family will receive friends from 12:00 Noon until 1:30 p.m., Friday, December 29th at Fraley Memorial Baptist Church with a 1:30 p.m., Friday, Celebration of Life service at the church with Reverend Charles Keller, Dr. Warner Doles and Pastor Daniel Buckley officiating.
Interment will be at Gaston Memorial Park, Singing Tower section.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Donor's choice.
