1933-2014
Gastonia – Mary M. Long, 80, of Gastonia, passed away peacefully on May 1, 2014 at CaroMont Regional Medical Center Gastonia.
She was born in Tabor City, NC, on August 24, 1933 to the late George Thomas and Eva Richardson Cribb.
She is preceded in death by her parents, and her son, Michael Allen McPherson
Mary retired from John Deer. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends whom she loved. A special thanks to her niece, Belinda Cribb for all of her help and loving care.
Survivors include her son Terry and wife Rhonda Long as well as many nieces and nephews.
A Graveside Service will be held Saturday, May 3, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at Gaston Memorial Park Section Garden of Four Seasons with Reverend Mike Ivey officiating.
