She was born in Mecklenburg County, on April 30, 1958 to the late James Bryant Hearn and Barbara Ruth Cannon Hearn. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Dennis Martin.
Martha worked as an Machine operator for RA Construction Company.
Survivors include her sons, Donald Wayne Martin of Stanley, Steven Dennis Martin and wife Jelena of Catawba; grandchildren, Rylin, Brayden and Austin Martin, Zeth Leone;
brother Jimmy Hearn of SC; sisters Martha Broadway of Rock Hill, SC, Teresa Moore of Charlotte, Janice Hunt of Iron Station, NC
Funeral Service will be held at 3:00 p.m., Thursday, June 20, 2019 at Stanley Revival Tabernacle Church with Reverend John Mayberry officiating.
