Madeline B. Powell

Gastonia ' Madeline Bodie Powell, 67, died November 27, 2009 at Gaston Memorial Hospital.
She was a native of Newberry County, SC, daughter of the late Milton Leroy and Ora Lee Smith Bodie
She was a member of New Hope Baptist Chruch, she attended First Free Will Baptist Church.
She is preceded in death by her parents
Survivors include children: Billy and wife Dana Powell of Dallas; Denise and husband Tony Dole of Gastonia, DeeDee and husband Howard Ray of Gastonia, Deborah and husband Major Brett of New Carlisle, Ind
Seven grandchildren: Mike Dole, Wes Dole, Jordan Ray, Peyton Ray,
Zac Wilson, Landon Major and Luke Major
Sisters: Corrie Brown of Newberry, SC

A Funeral Service will be held 3:00 pm Sunday, November 29, 2009 at First Free Will Baptist Church with Dr. Randy Sawyer and Rev. John Gibbs officiating.
Family will receive friends 2:00-3:00 prior to the service
Interment will be Private
