Rock Hill, South Carolina - Susan Lynn McDaniel Bolin, 67, passed away on Sunday, October 3, 2021, at Atrium Health, Pineville. Lynn was born in Gastonia on January 21, 1954, and is the daughter of the late Charles Lamar McDaniel and Ada Belle Currin McDaniel.
Lynn was a graduate of Rock Hill High School, Class of 1972. She was a former member of South Gastonia Church of God. She was a loving daughter, wife, mother, sister, and grandmother. She adored her granddaughter and she will truly be missed by so many.
Lynn is survived by her loving husband of 49 years, Jackie Odell Bolin; her loving daughter, Jackie Auten and husband Ken; one loving granddaughter, Rebecca Lynn Auten; 3 brothers, Michael McDaniel(Sherry), Keith McDaniel(Steve Kemp), Brandt Swain(Gwyndolan); 1 sister, Clarissa Allaire(Arthur); numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will receive family and friends from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 12, 2021, at Withers and Whisenant Funeral Home with a Celebration of Life Memorial Service to follow at 4:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 12, 2021, in the Chapel of Withers and Whisenant Funeral Home with Rev. Bobby Gilley and Rev. Justin White officiating. Releasing of the Doves will follow the Celebration of Life Memorial Service.
