Charlotte- Lorie Adams Craig, 55 passed away suddenly March 24, 2015 at her residence.
She was born in Gaston County, on October 7, 1959 to the late R.L. Adams and Brenda Sue Franklin Adams.
Lorie was a member of Horizon Baptist Church, Gastonia; she was a very caring person and enjoyed helping and caring for people. Lori had worked at Holy Angels for over 13 years and Dream Weavers for over 5 years.
Survivors include her loving husband of 40 years, Riley Craig, her son Timothy and wife Sandra Craig; granddaughter Savanna Craig; brother, Johnny Adams and wife Karmen, sisters Charlene Davis and husband Terry, Carmen Adams and Carey Teague, stepmother Jane Woods Adams; stepbrother David Woods; 11 nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 pm Thursday Withers & Whisenant Funeral Home
Celebration of life service will be 2:00 pm, Friday, March 27th at Withers & Whisenant Funeral Home with Reverend Alvin Melton officiating. Pallbearers will be Joe Watson, Andres Zeledon, Chris Vaughn, Trevor Hurst, Patrick Hurst, Cory Grubbs.
Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery, 4601 Freedom Drive, Charlotte, NC with the releasing of the doves
