Dallas – Linda Jean Black Greene, 56 passed away peacefully on February 25, 2018.
She was born in Gaston County on December 27, 1961 to the late Grier Hampton Black, Jr. and Loraine Rebecca Bridges Black.
Linda was a retired Registered Nurse supervisor; she had worked at Kings Mt. Hospital and White Oaks Nursing Home.
Left to cherish her memories includes her children, Justin (Natasha) Greene and Jessica Greene; grandchildren Adam, Kevin and Emily George; brothers Jerry Black and Dean Black.
The family will receive friends from 1:30 until 2:30 p.m. Friday prior to the Celebration of Life Service at 2:30 p.m., Friday, March 2nd at Withers & Whisenant Funeral Home.
Interment will follow at Gaston Memorial Park, Dogwood section
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the funeral home for her funeral expenses.
