Dallas, Lewellyn Payseur Overcash, 67 of Dallas, passed away November 3, 2013 at her residence with her loving family by her side.
She was born June 14, 1946 in Gaston County, NC to William Payseur and the late Geraldine Payseur.
Lewellyn was a member of First Baptist Church of High Shoals. She was a loving Wife, Mother, Grandmother and Sister.
Survivors include her husband of 50 years, Atwell Clinton Overcash
Son, Joe Overcash and spouse, Christopher Thomas
Daughters, Lauren Gunter and husband Craig
and Elizabeth Scruggs
Brothers; William Payseur Jr. and wife Letha
Ty Payseur and wife Beth
Sisters; Jan Gray and husband Walter
Grandchildren; William Scruggs and fiancée, Amanda Ross
Clint Gunter, Mary Beth Scruggs, and Christopher Gunter
The family will receive friends one hour prior to funeral service, A Celebration of Life Service 2:00 pm, Wednesday, November 6, at First Baptist Church of High Shoals with Rev. Doug McClain officiating. Interment will be at Gaston Memorial Park.
