Gastonia – Richard Lee Duncan, 37 passed away suddenly on September 19, 2015 at his residence.
He was born in Gaston County on September 29, 1977 to Ann Thomas Duncan and the late
Terry Lee Duncan, who died July 15, 2015
Lee was a member of Horizon Baptist Church; he was a loving son and father who enjoyed spending time with his kids and family. He enjoyed playing the guitar and fishing. He was a 1996 graduate of Hunter Huss High School; and he worked at Etimex-USA.
Left to cherish his memories include mother, Ann Thomas Duncan, his children, Kaitlyn, Hunter and Ethan Duncan; a sister, Sandy Duncan Spicer and husband Mark;
nephews Kaleb, Kody and Keagan; many aunts and uncles and cousins by the dozens.
A Celebration of Life service will be Friday, September 25 at 2:00 pm Withers & Whisenant Funeral Home with Pastor Alvin Melton officiating.
The family will receive friends from 1: 00 until 2:00 pm prior to the service
Interment will follow at Gaston Memorial Park, Garden of Hope with the releasing of the doves
