Gastonia-Mr. Kosta Hadgisideris, 85, 4040 Eastford Court Gastonia passed away December 28, 2011 at his residence.
He was a native of Greece, born December 25, 1926 to the late Stamatis and Loulouthe Christaki Hadgisideris.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a daughter Loulouthe Hadgisideri
Kosta was a veteran of the Greek Navy, and worked as a Merchant Marine.
Survivors include his wife of 61 years, Maria Hadgisideris , Daughter Anthe Parthenakis and Husband James,Grandchildren, George and Peter Parthenakis, Maria and Douglas Hartemann, Great Grandchildren Jacob and Sophia Hartemann, Brothers Anthony Hadgisideris of Maine, Sisters, Despoina Vogiadgi, and Filia Riza.
A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00am, Friday at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Cathedral, 600 East Blvd. Charlotte. Father Michael will be officiating .
The Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the Cathedral.
Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery, Belmont
