She was born in Gaston County on March 28, 1944
Kay was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was a member of Soul's Harbor Tabernacle Church, and had retired from Rauch Industries
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by daughter, Donna Kay McCaskill, brother Charles
Survivors include her husband of 55 years, Kenneth McCaskill; children Scott McCaskill (Debbie), Tracy Fewell (Steve), Tammy Rhyne (Mike);
9 grandchildren, Heather, Charli, Kayla, Stephanie, Richard, Brandon, Jennifer, Kenneth and Kevin and 12 great grandchildren; sister Judy Weathers and brother Lester Hughes
Funeral Service will be held 6:00 pm Friday August 7th at Soul's Harbor Tabernacle, 271 Camp Rotary Road, Gastonia with Reverends James Chambers and Jimmy Eason officiating
Visitation will be held 1 hour prior to the service
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to her husband Ken for funeral expenses
