She was preceded in death by her daughters, Sadie Dawn Owens and Carol Nicole Walker.
Kathie was a loving person who will be missed greatly! She was a member of Open Bible Assembly of Dallas.
Survivors include her loving husband of 48 years, Carroll Loyd Summey; and granddaughter, Jennifer Leeamber Lewis.
A Memorial Service will be held at Open Bible Assembly, 110 Jenkins Street, Dallas, NC with Pastor Charles H. Curtis officiating.
