Karl Frederick Dickert

Karl Frederick Dickert, 80, passed away peacefully on November 23, 2024 at his residence with his loving family by his side. 

 He was born in Buffalo, New York to the late Eugene Arthur Dickert and Rose Bindeman Dickert. 

Karl  enjoyed sports, playing softball and football for many years. Karl was an avid Buffalo Bills fan! He loved to fish and pan for gold. He retired as an Industrial Manufacturing Engineer several years ago. Karl enjoyed playing stand-up bass; and family outings. Most of all he enjoyed his grandchildren, and trips to Hilton Head with family.

Karl is survived by his beloved wife of 56 years and high school sweetheart, Suzette Witsil (Suzy) Dickert; his girls, Krystal Dickert-Hall, Heather Perryman (Jeff), Autumn Lamb (Kyle); his wonderful grandchildren, Aaron Hall, Ashley Perryman, Samantha Perryman and Foster Lamb; and many special friends and neighbors.  

Family and friends will gather for visitation from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 30, 2024 at Withers and Whisenant Funeral Home. A Memorial service will take place Saturday, November 30, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel at Withers & Whisenant Funeral Home.
