Cramerton - Nina June Owenby, 71 of Cramerton passed away peacefully April 22, 2012 at Rosewood Assisted Living Center in Harmony, NC
She was a native of Swain County, born June 9, 1940 to the late Bertha Chastain Coker She was preceded in death by her mother, and a daughter, Donna Varnadore and a granddaughter, April Renee Penley
She was retired from Textiles.
Survivors include her father Frank Coker, her husband Floyd Owenby;
her daughters, Debra Heavner and Geri Lynn Darby
Sisters, Gail Phillips, Dale Coker and Frankie Crowley.
The family will receive friends from1:30 until 3:00pm Thursday, April 26, 2012 at the Riverside Baptist Church, 171 S Main Street Cramerton with Rev. Allen Lefler
Interment will be private
