Judy Jacobs Simpkins, 68 passed away October 30, 2012 at Levine & Dickson Hospice House Huntersville.
She was a native of Richland County, Ohio born June 1, 1944 to the late Herald and Verda Skipper Jacobs.
She is preceded in death along with her parents by her husband Harold Simpkins and former husband Charles Richard Anderson, Jr., daughter Shannon Kay Anderson, and step son Ronald Simpkins.
She was a very loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother and never met a stranger and had a great sense of humor. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
Survivors include her daughters and son in laws Sonya and Alvin Rhodes of Lincolnton, Merit and Troy Simanton of Mansfield, OH, Marla and Dan Rhoades of Roseville, Mich., and a stepduaghter Annette Tuttle of Bucyrus, OH., step sons and daughter in laws Dale A. and Linda Simpkins of Aberdeen, Maryland, Harold L. and Paula Simpkins of Marion, OH., Gary Simpkins of Cincinnati, OH and Robert and Marsha Simpkins of Delaware, OH., twenty two grandchildren and twenty two great grandchildren.
