Joseph Arthur Pacolay, 74 of 4804 Buckeye Lane, passed away August 2, 2012 at Gaston Memorial Hospital.
He was a native of Duquesne February 18, 1938 to Joseph A. Jr. and Christine M. Dancak Pacolay.
He was a loving husband, father and grandfather (Pappy), a lifelong member of the Steeler Nation, former employee of the month at U.S. Airways. Joe enjoyed life to the fullest and everyone associated with him shared the joy. He lived in Gastonia for 25 years after moving from Duquesne, PA and was a US Navy Veteran.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a son Joseph Pacolay.
Survivors include his wife Eileen M. Pacolay, daughters Michelle R. Bonacci and husband Dane, Jodi Lynn Timms and husband Brian, brother David L Pacolay and wife Marian, brothers in law Joe and wife Kay, Frank and wife Linda, grandchildren Joseph Pacolay and Ethan J. Timms and many nieces and nephews.
