Gastonia- Jill Elaine Wooten Welch, 64, passed away July 26, 2011 at Gaston Memorial Hospital.
Jill was born February 14, 1947 to the late James Reid and Mary Virginia Warren Wooten.
Survivors include her Husband Jarvis Lee Welch, daughters, Wendy Elaine Willis, and Wendy Self, sisters Diane Welch and Shirley Bolen, brother James Reid Wooten, Jr.
Grandchildren, Cammie Lee Willis, Jacklyn E. Willis, Jack A. Willis, Jr., Jonathan Lopez and Deanna Self.
The Welch family will receive friends the morning of the Funeral (this Thursday) from 8:30-9:30 am at Withers and Whisenant Funeral Home.
A Graveside Service to honor Jill's life will be held 10:00 am Thursday, July 28, 2011 at Westview Gardens Cemetery with Rev. Leo Kuykendall officiating.
