Alexis – Jewel Hazel Radenic, 80, passed away on December 19, 2014 surrounded by her loving family.

She was born on December 27, 1933 in Gaston County, NC to the late Joseph Theodore and Hazel Jones Brooks.

She is preceded in death by her parents, and her husband, Lewis Radenic

Survivors include her daughters, Sandy and Sylvia; brothers; James, Judson, Joel, Jasper and Jason Brooks; sister, Joann Huffstetler; Special Caregivers, David Henry and Patsy Kell

Visitation will be Monday, December 22nd from 7- 9:00 pm at Withers and Whisenant Funeral Home. Celebration of Life will be Tuesday, December 23rd at 2 pm at Withers and Whisenant Funeral Home with Reverend Don Bellew officiating.
Pallbearers: Mark Brooks, Ronnie Pack, Mark Spicer, Jason A. Brooks, Michael Emory and Chip Edwards.

Interment will follow at Hillcrest Gardens.
