Gastonia –Jennie Maxine Huffstetler Davidson, 85 passed away peacefully on October 21, 2017 at Country Time Inn, Kings Mt., North Carolina.
She was born in Gaston County on April 8, 1932 to the late Haskel and Rettie Wilson Huffstetler. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brothers Don and Everett Huffstetler.
Jennie was a member of Union Presbyterian Church. She owned her own beauty shop and later worked at Belk. She was a devoted mother and grandmother who will be greatly missed!
Left to cherish her memories includes her children, William (Steve) Davidson, Susan (Eddie) Blanton, all of Gastonia and Jeannie Davidson of Blanton, South Dakota; grandchildren, Ivy, Everet and Ellery Blanton; brother Forrest Huffstetler
The family will receive friends from 3:00 until 4:00 p.m. prior to the Celebration of Life Service at 4:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 25, 2017 at Union Presbyterian Church, 5615 Union Road, Gastonia with Pastor James Holeman officiating. Interment will be at Private at a later date.
