Gastonia-Jeffrey Chad Stewart, 47 went to be with the Lord on Friday, May 18, 2018 at his residence. Chad was born in Gaston County on December 21, 1970 to Ann Cannon Stewart and the late Charles "Cookie" Stewart.
Chad was a kind hearted person and loved his family very much. He was a graduate of East Gaston High School and he attended Gaston College. Chad previously worked in service department at Tindol Ford.
Chad was a Clemson fan and enjoyed all sports. He also enjoyed the outdoors, hunting and fishing. He attended Ranlo Church of God.
Chad is survived by his wife of 23 years, Amy Farmer Stewart; his mother Ann Cannon Stewart; sister, Shelley Riddle and husband Jeff; nephew, Chris Riddle and wife Karyn, niece, Casey Riddle; mother in law, Pat Barker,
and several aunts and uncles.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
