Jamie Herbert Collomb

Jamie Herbert Collomb, 44, passed away at his residence on September 18, 2024. 

He was born in New York on November 11, 1979 to Barbara Ann Collomb and the late Herbert Nelson Collomb. Jamie was a loving son who loved his parents and their bond will always be remembered. 

Jamie was a beloved husband to his wife Shanda and proud father to Porter and Hadley. Most of all he loved his family and his "Bro" days with his son Porter and his "baby girl" Hadley were his everything. Jamie cherished the moments spent calling out for Nana Cindy! 

Jamie had such a passion for music and was very talented. He loved to play the drum, bass, and DJ. He had his own label with Global D&B. Jamie was a skilled engineer for General Informatics.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Shanda Sahms Collomb; son, Porter Jamison Collomb, daughter, Hadley Grace Collomb; mom, Barbara Perzan Collomb; brother, Scott, Sue Collomb, and family; sister Yvonne, Bob Schultz, and family; Kelly, Riad Arafat, and family; and his mother-in-law, Cindy Sahms. 

Family and friends will gather from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Sunday, September 22, 2024 at Withers and Whisenant Funeral Home to celebrate Jamie’s life.
