He was born in York Co., on February 6, 1936 to the late Hugh Eugene and Irene Evans Wallace.
He was a U.S.Army veteran.
Survivors include his sisters Betty Moore and husband Jack and Susan Robinson and husband Dan; nephew Jack Moore Jr. and wife Robin; nieces Beth Moore and Dana Hall and husband Brian.
Visitation will be Wednesday 6:00 – 8:00 pm May 17, 2017 at Withers and Whisenant Funeral Home.
Interment will be Private on Thursday May 18, 2017.
