Belmont – James Gaston "Jamie" Cannon, II, 62, passed away on June 22, 2017 at the Robin Johnson House.
Jamie was born in Mecklenburg County on November 14, 1954. He was preceded in death by a brother, Joseph Cannon.
Jamie was a certificated Scuba Diver; and enjoyed fishing and traveling out of the country. He was owner of Cannon Associates and worked throughout the United States.
Survivors include his parents, Jack Cannon and Dinky Hope Cannon; a sister Karen Cannon Hendrix and husband David; uncle, Gary Cannon, a number of nieces and nephews
Services will be private
Interment will be at Greenwood Cemetery, Belmont, NC
