Gastonia- James 'Keith' Adair, 58, passed away peacefully January 14, 2011 with his loving family at his side. He was a native of Gaston County, born February 2, 1952 to the late Thomas Newman and Joyce Parlier Adair.
Keith was of the Baptist Faith.
He is preceded in death by his parents, and a brother, Lee Adair.
Survivors include his Mom, Mary Ann Adair, a son, Tim Adair, family friend and caregiver Amy Coxey, brothers Tommy Edward Adair, Rob Bazzle and wife Lakita, sisters Angela Epley and husband Ron, Allison Bazzle, nieces and nephews Cortni Bazzle, Leah Adair, Chris Adair and Kyle Epley, aunts Ruth Hill and Dot Parlier. Keith had a loving family and loved each one dearly.
The family will receive friends prior to and following the service at the home of son Tim Adair, 1407 Congress St., Gastonia. A visitation will be held from 12:00 -2:00 pm Tuesday, January 18, at Withers and Whisenant Funeral Home.
Interment will follow immediately at Armstrong Cemetery.
