Howard L. Suggs

Gastonia-Howard Lannie Suggs, 60 of 103 Goddard Lane, Gastonia went to be with his Heavenly Father June 29, 2012 at the Piedmont Medical Center.
He was a native of Columbus County, NC born May 10, 1952 to the late Luchion P and Sarah Frances Graves Suggs.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his stepfather Ralph Walton, and a brother Raymond Suggs
Howard was a member of the Union Road Church of God and worked for Professional Knits in Clover, SC
He was survived by his wife of 43 years, Kay Wright Suggs;
his children, Leslie Lyons and husband Eddie of Bamberg, SC;
Michael and Robbie Suggs of Gastonia
Grandchildren, Autumn and Jonathan Lyons, and Matthew Suggs
Brother, Lloyd Suggs of Tabor City,
Sisters, Ola Mae Sellers of Whiteville, Estelle Stanley of Dunn, NC,
Mazie Smith of Whiteville, Wanda Stevens of Tabor City
Eloise Hutto of Bamberg, SC , and Ann White of Whiteville, NC

Celebration of Life service will be 11:00am, Monday, July 2, 2012 at the Union Road Church of God with Pastor Terry Mull officiating
The family will receive friends from 10:00 until 11:00 prior to the service at the church
Graveside services will be 4:00pm Monday at the Dulah Baptist Church Cemetery in Tabor City, NC
